FAQ's
When is move-in/ move-out for the expo?
Move-in is 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, Wednesday, November 8. Move-out is 3:00 pm, Thursday, November 9.
When are hosted buyer meetings?
Hosted buyer appointments will take place Tuesday, November 7, from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm & Wednesday, November 8, 7:00 am - 8:00 am in the hosted buyer lounge, or during the expo hours at an exhibitors booth if they are available.
Where is my exhibitor kit?
You'll receive the exhibitor kit from Grit Expositions (exhibitorservices@gritexpo.com) within a week of your contract approval. This kit includes electrical and internet order forms as well.
Where do I send my per-event exhibitor guide ad?
Send your ads to Riley Wilson (riley.wilson@arvc.org) by September 15th. If you have questions about your ad size, contact Riley.
I have an idea for a sponsorship, who do I call?

How many expo-only passes do I get?
Two expo-only registration passes are included with each 10x10 booth purchase. List your booth staff in your portal to get them registered for these included passes. Instructions for adding booth staff and how to access your portal are included in your confirmation email. Search your inbox for subject line You're Approved for OHCE2023! to find your confirmation email.
Additional passes can be purchased for $149 each before June 30 or for $199 up until the time of the show.
