The Best Penny You’ll Ever Spend: The Hosted Buyer Program  

National ARVC's unique and exclusive Hosted Buyer Program gets you to OHCE2023 for only a penny.  

The Hosted Buyer program connects exhibitors with qualified park owners and decision-makers. As a Hosted Buyer, you gain access to all OHCE2023 education sessions, an opportunity to network with the industry’s best, and schedule face-to-face meetings with exhibitors that fit your everyday needs.

In the past, Hosted Buyers were required to pay the registration cost upfront and be refunded post-conference. This year, we just need a penny for your participation.  

Hosted Buyers receive exclusive perks, including: 

  • Free access to OHCE2023 ($595 value) for completing six face-to-face meetings 

  • Exclusive access to VIP Hosted Buyer Lounge with free food & entertainment 

  • VIP check-in, so you can skip the line at registration  

To qualify for the Hosted Buyer program, you must: 

  • Be an active member of the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (National ARVC)  

  • Currently own or operate an RV park, resort, or campground* 

  • Be a decision maker for your business 

*Associate members may qualify if they are guaranteed to be operational before March 31, 2024  

If that sounds like you, apply to be a Hosted Buyer through the link above. A National ARVC staff member will let you know if you are approved for the Hosted Buyer Program within five business days of submission.  



Once approved, you will be required to submit a payment of $0.01. A National ARVC staff member will walk you through this process to ensure you’re golden. After that, you will receive a registration confirmation email with more details on what to expect as a Hosted Buyer at OHCE2023.  

Two weeks prior to the conference, you'll receive instructions on setting up 1:1 meetings with businesses that fit your needs during OHCE2023. Hosted Buyers are required to complete six face-to-face meetings with exhibitors to maintain eligibility for the program. These meetings will not conflict with any OHCE23 seminars or networking events. There's no obligation to buy, but you'll certainly want to, based on the savings, solutions and products offered by our amazing exhibitors. 

By joining the National ARVC Hosted Buyer Program you agree to: 

  • Complete six face-to-face meetings with participating exhibitors 

  • Attend the Expo at OHCE2023 (open the evening of Wed, Nov 8 and Thurs, Nov 9) 

  • Have a great time, some good laughs, and memories sure to last a lifetime with your fellow outdoor hospitality professionals  

If you do not complete the requirements of the Hosted Buyer program, you will be charged $595.00 USD  within 10 business days of the conference closing.   


*Hosted Buyer appointments will take place on Tuesday, November 7 through Thursday, November 9.  
**Only one Hosted Buyer may apply per business. As the Hosted Buyer, you are responsible for fulfilling the required meetings. If you have a spouse, staff, or a business partner also attending the conference, they should secure a regular registration and plan to attend your Hosted Buyer meetings with you.  

***Only decision makers that are also campground members of National ARVC are eligible to participate. The program is not open to non-National ARVC members.
